Thorns & Roses

Rom 8:38-39‬‬
"For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Jesus is knocking on the door of our heart, wanting to come in. Won't you open up? You may be a believer but is the door of your heart shut?
The thorns of the rose reminds us of the crown of thorns on Jesus' head and the stripes He borne. The red colour of the rose reminds us of the blood that He shed.
If the rose represents the love of God, will you reach out and receive it? Will you be loved by God?
